I stop what I am doing and go in the other room alone. Then I spend time in prayer on whatever is on my mind. Say anger, when in that prayer time you can just feel it melting away. Emotions are something everyone is built with God designed us that way. What you do with them and the choices you make because of them are on you. It is a life time battle but your BIGGEST helper is just a simple prayer away.
