Fat ole JB as rich as he is surely could have afforded to pay the tax bill. Damn taxes are costing the State a lot of taxpayers fed up with fat politicians' retirements. Bill Daley is retired, collects $177,000 a year, and is head of some law firm making big bucks for that too.
