Jumping in here: If it weren't for the Jews I would have never had my first spiritual awakening. They were the first to archive the word of God. And it also felt nice being able to walk down the street and talk about God without looking or feeling like a weirdo.
Also, actions speak louder than words. That's how you know who a good guy is.
