The problem with Jews is they are simultaneously incredibly confident around non-jews and very insecure around other Jews. They are taught they are God's chosen people, but they constantly feel bad about not living up to that.
So, you get very, very hard working people, very loyal to their own, but willing to totally screw over, lie to, and use us goyim.
That is a setup for disaster.
