That's a direct shot fired across the bow of DC's illegal foreign bribery industry.
Note once again: before this indictment was unsealed, there was not a whisper this person was being investigated by a grand jury.
There were no leaks. No hints she was in trouble.

She was caught.
She knew she was caught.
She and her lawyers looked over the evidence and pleaded guilty.
So will many of the others that are coming.
