Geez, the idiots at Twitter have done it again

Redesigned the GUI

Yes, keep telling yourselves it takes great IT expertise

To do the equivalent of rearranging the grocery store

Oldfags who are also veterans of every fucking "update!" since what, 1993, are bored out of our damn minds with the constant updates and redesigns.

THEY. DON'T. MATTER.

Giant wastes of time and work hours.

@drawandstrike points out today's DOJ press release about crooked (and notably unattractive) bitch Candace Marie Claiborne:

To wit: https://www.justice.gov/opa/pr/former-state-department-employee-pleads-guilty-conspiring-foreign-agents

What's that sound I hear on the horizon?

Why it appears to be pants filling all over the DC establishment as it's starting to sink in that FARA is going to be ENFORCED from now on….

Stand by: the rolling up of entire illegal foreign bribery networks has begun.

Manafort/Craig = Ukraine

Claiborne = China

Both the US actors and the foreign agents who funnel the $$$ to them have been spotted, tracked and evidence compiled.

Other countries who spend a lot of $$$ bribing people illegally in DC:

Qatar

Saudi Arabia [different factions within it]

Iran

Mexico

Expect more of these kind of indictments coming in short order.

7:58 PM · Apr 24, 2019

“The FBI will continue to investigate individuals who fail to report foreign contacts, which is a key indicator of potential insider threats posed by those in positions of public trust.”

That's a direct shot fired across the bow of DC's illegal foreign bribery industry.

Note once again: before this indictment was unsealed, there was not a whisper this person was being investigated by a grand jury.

There were no leaks. No hints she was in trouble.

8:10 PM · Apr 24, 2019

She was caught.

She knew she was caught.

She and her lawyers looked over the evidence and pleaded guilty.

So will many of the others that are coming.

Craig is fighting it, believing the Swamp will protect him.

He's wrong about that.

"Claiborne, who confided to a co-conspirator that the PRC agents were “spies,” willfully misled State Department background investigators and FBI investigators about her contacts with those agents, the plea documents state."

More indictments are coming in this one case.

8:16 PM · Apr 24, 2019

"…Claiborne also instructed her "co-conspirators" to delete evidence connecting her to the PRC agents."

Co-conspiratorS - plural. There is more than one other person who will be indicted in this case, it seems.
