Well I had no clue up until now who that Duff guy was, I'm EUanon and have never read a piece of him yet.
Just assuming that radioactivity is not dangerous and that everyone could have a reactor in his backyard is probably one of the wildest thoughts I've had in this year so far. So what would be the boundaries, the pros and cons of such an environment? My chemistry knowledge is extremely limited so I'd assume that such a theory wouldn't work since there's unlimited potential of people who'd come up with nuclear bombs, right?
But the current denuclearization that is ongoing in Europe makes me think if our leaders, Merkel particularly, want to literally enslave us with the (already) highest energy prices world wide…
