In all likelihood Michael Hastings like Seth Rich wasn't killed. They appear to both have been Deep State psy-ops. Seth Rich was "killed" to dissuade real leakers. Hastings was "death" was meant to look suspicious. He had just written a book critical of John Brennan. The message was meant to dissuade journalists from investigating Deep State perps.
