"An improper motiveโ€ฆcan render an actorโ€™s conduct criminal even when the conduct would otherwise be lawful and within the actorโ€™s authority.โ€ The "Mueller Report"

Not so, frens. If I commit a crime, with or without intent, I am culpable to one degree or another. If I perform a lawful act, regardless of my motives, no crime has been committed. "Criminal justice" is about crimes, not intents.

Robert Mueller, a highly-placed sophist-traitor is no "white hat." Anyone who twists logic in that way, regardless of his motive, but especially when he is attempting to gain advantage for himself (or his sponsors), is guilty of a moral crime, and moral crimes carry eternal penalties.
