Hear me out, anons.

I had $50k left over after selling city house and buying rural house. Saving account interest was 1/10%. Obama in office, stock market was artificial shit.

Trusted family member was working hard to pay off 4% mortgage. I offered to buy out half at 2%.

Two years later, family member paid off bank, and was ready to start paying me. Second trusted family member asked if payments could go to their mortgage.

Two years later:

Both of their notes paid off (deprived banks of $8k interest)

Bank deprived of $500k lending power from my $50k (they lend 10:1, so they pay depositors $50/yr, and charge borrowers $20k/yr)

Total lost interest to banks ~$88k over 4 years

First family member is out of debt

Second family member paying on schedule

Helping each other breaks the cabal.
