I have a pastebin of collection of information, please, I will ask not for an direct answer but maybe a comment. Is the information in this collection far away or close to, the truth?
It mentions 412-00 in regards to crime as you have suggested "nobody" is innocent, as well as leverage being lifted and I understand the environment as well as raising a wolf in a wolves den.
But if this information is true, it is critical, it has names, maps, connections..
This would be like a dose of espresso instead of our coffee..
