Federal prosecutors have charged a state judge in Massachusetts and a court officer with obstruction of justice.
An indictment in the case listed the defendants as Judge Shelley M. Richmond Joseph and Court Officer Wesley MacGregor.
The Globe reported in December that Joseph is accused of allowing a man to evade ICE arrest.
