Dems sponsored a ballot initiative last year calling for a "bipartisan" panel of citizens to redistrict, it won.

Which I always thought was weird because the fucked districts here are dem-controlled. Notably the 12th (dingell) and 13th (formerly Conyers, currently talib), and they have seriously disparity with double digits +D pvi.
