So, 4 days ago, we have Q telling Snowden to comb his hair. 4 days later (today), we have Snowden talking live and in need of having his hair combed. Was it really LIVE? Was it pre-recorded and Q team pre-screened the video? Q has IBOR in the post. Snowden said many things that would support the #InternetBillOfRights in the video. Coincidence? All the World's a Stage.

I think the "LIVE -24" is the clue-in from Q team. -24 indicates that it was in the past.
