A word on contaminated vaccines.
If I wanted to trim the population with diseases, I'd contaminate a portion, not all, vaccines with mouse research stem cells that produce retro viruses so the damage would be ongoing and cumulative and VERY hard to treat, only mildly relieve unless you had the cure, which I would keep secret and only available for my pals.
If I were China and found out that the C_A had got agents into my decision making processes in the late 70s to bring the idea that "one child" policy would benefit us rather than guaranteeing population control, I would retaliate by slowly taking over your vaccine production and slowly but surely introduce apparently incurable diseases across your population base to cause misery upon misery in return for what you had done.
You mean like two of my three children?
