Not really. I can't stand to sit and read things, usually. There are a scarce few videos on youtube from a team who at one point founded a small research company/book store, now disbanded. I think this team of guys had more of Tesla's work deciphered than most anyone else. Linking this video is the best I can do. I honestly can't help after this. I don't know enough about this topic.

The thing Tesla was working towards in almost all of his systems was trying to charge the line while making as little current flow as possible. He used, what we would today call "pulsed DC". He insisted that the pulse be as brief as his machinery would allow, and the frequemcy of pulses was a secondary concern, less important than reducing the impulse width.
