Had a visit from an old friend. We were inseparable in High School and next 3-4 years.
T hear him say he can’t stand to even look at or hear the voice of our POTUS greatly disturbed me.
I asked what he thought of AOC and he likes her, talked about her schooling and the “great ideas” she has to move the country forward.
I was without words.
This is the guy who years ago explained The Fed to me. Gave me info on how it came to be a private corp. Back then he raged against corrupt Washington.
I’m at a loss, how has he done a complete 180?
He voted for Hillary but loves Bernie.
When I asked “can you imagine Warren as President” he said he thought she’d do well and has his vote if Bernie does not run.
He hated libs and everything they stood for.
I can go on and on but you get the idea.
How does this happen? He woke me up to the Washington corruption many years ago and now he is totally blind to it.
He seriously sounds like he’s actually been brain washed, reprogramed.
WTF? What a sad time it was “catching up” with him. I can't get my mind around how this happened. When I told him I voted for Trump and will again he was gone within 5 minutes.
I wonder if he will ever talk to me again.
