Well, we've come a long was since 12/'17 when we thought hill and everyone was going to be in cuffs.
Then the big parade of '18 that never happened.
If I have learned anything it's to keep my expectations low and be patient.
I honestly hope that you are right, experience tells me 2020-2024 is where the real BOOMs happen.
