I'm getting an impression that this is the way Trump gets contentious stuff (anti-vaccine, for instance) into public discussion whilst appearing to remain onside so that the conversation isn't deflected by those with TDS to just another diatribe against Trump. This way,.the conversation will remain concentrated on the issue, not on Trump. Previous tweets from DJT, before he was even a candidate, are more indicative of him being anti than pro vaccination.
