"Rosenstein is leaving his post in two months."

This guy sure knows how to play the game. I hope Barr is keeping him around to make certain he is available to the IG and not for any other purpose.

The underlying idea has some merit. The current Socialist Dimocrat field has only far-left idiots. Many are too young and too naive to go one on one with Trump - he will wipe the floor with them.

Some want to rewind to Obummer era policies.

Biden should be the answer to this, except, he is too old, too old school, too creepy, too implicated in his son's financial fuckery, and just too weird and stupid. His campaign should implode within weeks, but it may last through the summer. Don't look for him to be anything but a vote against the others type of candidate.

I think everything [RR] is doing is to try to save his own ass.

He is up to his ears just in the appointment of Mueller as special counsel, plus all the 25th amendment crap, the inappropriate classification of documents, obstruction, and just signing the final FISA renewal.

I think he is trying to position himself as "doing what he thought was right" at the time. That his actions were mostly legal… but I also think that although Trump and Barr talk nice about him in public, they both know he is a weasel and in time will take him out.

I hope he has to spend all the book money and then some on real lawyers.

Joe D said he was going to be in big trouble in a couple of weeks.
