But for that last bit: no contact with my family, might be good. They made me feel incompetent, sick and the one to be blamed, whatever happened.

That's not healthy for anyone.

I feel for you with the false accussations, too. I have suffered the same, but probably in a different way.

I had a awful boss, a sexual predator, a sociopath. i am a woman.
