I miss the hell out of Stanley Kubrick.
He was on another level.
He was a fine autist.
I loved how he didn't give a fuck when working with famous actors. They came to him.
And then he would work them to their breaking point with an unreasonable amount of takes.
But that's what made the performances memorable. You see some kind of exhaustion/relaxation in the actors that you don't see in other movies.
