I doubt the Bush presidents will even get jailed. Publicly exposed and humiliated, but not sent to Gitmo, much less executed. Modest Americans just don't want to see that happen. Too squeamish.
I say kill them all, but they might become martyrs to the 4-6% of full retards. We will have enough trouble convincing the average person that imprisonment of so many people is necessary, and I fear that they will one day be released.
