One meaning of Thor's Hammer is this:

Information on Sandia can be found here: http:// military.wikia.com/wiki/Sandia_National_Laboratories Quoting:

โ€œThe Sandia National Laboratories, managed and operated by the Sandia Corporation (a wholly owned subsidiary of Lockheed Martin Corporation), are two major United States Department of Energy research and development national laboratories.

Their primary mission is to develop, engineer, and test the non-nuclear components of nuclear weapons. The primary campus is located on Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque, New Mexico and the other is in Livermore, California, next to Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Sandia is a National Nuclear Security Administration laboratory.

It is Sandia's mission to maintain the reliability and surety of nuclear weapon systems, conduct research and development in arms control and nonproliferation technologies, and investigate methods for the disposal of the United States' nuclear weapons program's hazardous waste. Other missions include research and development in energy and environmental programs, as well as the surety of critical national infrastructures. In addition, Sandia is home to a wide variety of research including computational biology, mathematics (through its Computer Science Research Institute), materials science, alternative energy, psychology, MEMS [micro electromechanical systems], and cognitive science initiatives. Sandia formerly hosted ASCI Red, one of the world's fastest supercomputers until its recent decommission, and now hosts

ASCI Red Storm, originally known as Thor's Hammer.

Sandia is also home to the Z Machine. The Z Machine is the largest X-ray generator in the world and is designed to test materials in conditions of extreme temperature and pressure. It is operated by Sandia National Laboratories to gather data to aid in computer modeling of nuclear weapons.โ€ [Bold emphasis added]

What is TF-ODIN. Wikipedia says

Task Force ODIN, whose name is an acronym for observe, detect, identify, and neutralize, is a United States Army aviation battalion created in August 2006 to conduct reconnaissance, surveillance and target acquisition operations to combat insurgent operators of improvised explosive devices in Iraq.

Much more in pic related. Looks like TF-ODIN is under a different command now.

We anons pray for the safety of all patriot operators, and that their missions can be completed with success. Godspeed, TF-ODIN.

Yep. I think that's part of it.

You have to admire these people's professionalism.

Load testing is part of the I/T discipline.

And there are technical solutions that can be applied, but first you have to measure the traffic.

I think they were also measuring what kind of interference was mounted and by whom, so that countermeasures can be taken.

Just a guess.

WAN yes.

>>632518 We like the part about settling debts, anon. May it be true. 4 days out. Watching the President yesterday evening, was surprised to see the lack of response from a supportive crowd when he floated the idea of dealer executions. We were saying, "Yeah!!," but the crowd didn't really get it IMO. He's talking Duterte style cleanup. And it actually worked pretty well in the PI, as well as in his cited examples, China & Singapore. We can edge into it slowly, and I think they will get on board.
