Trump could easily get troops at the border and build temp fences and man them while permanent walls are being built. He could also erect containment camps to hold the illegals instead of releasing them into the country. He has options. He isn't using them. It's not well advised to use immigration as a campaign promise because he's already broken that promise. If he tries to put forth any amnesty legislation, he will lose a chunk of his base. It's a red line for many.

Exactly. I didn't jump on her, even though she has gone off the deep end. He points are valid. He's failed massively on the border. Not saying he's had an easy time.
