I think it is also normal for refineries to shut down this time if year as they change over from “winter” gas formula to the “summer” gas mix. Double whammy for CA.
But CA voters never met a ballot tax increase they didn’t love. Now they are bitching? They need to feel the pain to learn to stop voting yes on every proposal that comes along.
