SES is the keystone of the bureaucratic DS.
There are many structures that are all parts of the DS.
OPM/ SES certainly is one of them.
OPM says that SES is a "keystone".
Look at it this way:
The DS is a structure so big that you only can destroy it, by dismantling all the smaller structures that make the DS so difficult to destroy.
Every part of the many parts that make up the so called DS, has to be destroyed.
They all have their keystones, the one stone on top of an arch that holds a structure together.
If you dismantle OPM, there will be only SES left in the end.
A keystone without the arch to hold it up.
You cannot just take out SES from OPM, it seems.
But you can destroy the arch that holds SES up at the top.
Without OPM that SES keystone will fall to the ground.
And then, you can destroy SES.
Is SES "THE" keystone?
I don't know.
But I know that SES is an important keystone.
How do I know that?
Well, Potus would not dismantle OPM for no reason.
And dismantling OPM, to get at SES, seems to be a very good reason.
SES is the eternal government.
SES stays, whoever gets elected.
SES never gets un-elected.
No president can govern without them.
SES sits for all eternity between the bureaucrats and the president.
This has to end.
And bureaucrats have to work for the people and the elected government.
They cannot be an unelected caste that governs the country.
