Remember what the DS, NWO and the clowns intentions were, SF171 and 50's would have provide active, retired or retention of MI's, Federal Special Agents and Fed LEO Certs. Why, because they posed a threat to their agenda. Same goes with VA, special MOS qualified (retired or lateral transfers) are coded and would have been easy to ID by the clowns. They wanted to id all the potential threats and who's not, these group would have been the first to purge. Hope you can see what I'm getting at. Knock them out so they would not train the civilian population.
