Anyone notice Internet funkiness the past week or two? Random slowness and outages, and service outages?

Right now for example Gmail seems to be acting up. Nothing official reported, but I am subscribed to daily emails that come in right on the dot at 12:00AM and haven't seen any of them (or any emails at all) in 6 hours.
