Trump took jabs at his own administration and many of his rivals, and at one point joked that Rep. Waters should “immediately take an IQ test.”

Waters response:

“I certainly expected him to come out with some racist remarks about me,”

By her response, equating IQ with race, she is implying that:

• Certain races are inherently lower in IQ than other races (kind of a Nazi sentiment)

• Her race in particular is of the lower IQ type
