Years ago, during the Reagan war on drugs, we used to try to combat the influx of Weed from Mexico by having a cessna fly over the field and spray them with herbicide.
The beaners would come along, find the crop dead, and then bag it up and sell it up to us anyway.
A lot of people probably got really sick from that shit.
It used to be that law enforcement officers would wait for evidence of a crime before beginning an investigation.
Now they begin an investigation looking for evidence of a crime. And if they don't find it, they plant it, make it up, craft perjury traps, or prosecute technicalities and process crimes that never would have existed if not for the illegal prosecutorial overreach.
I legit got a baggy one time that was more than 50% sticks and seeds, smelled like bread mold, and was crushed as if it had been transported in between steel plates on a flatbed truck.

California weed became affordable, plentiful, and magnificent in the early to mid 2000s. Haven't seen brick weed since, and hope I never do.
