Context matters and you didn't catch mine. I wasn't talking about the parentheses, but the issue of meaning and misunderstanding.
Similarly. That Golden Lion image we often see? I like to think I originated the idea. Posted on Disqus, a Patriot replied he thought he could do something with it, asked permission to use it; said "run with it!" Soon after the Lion memes started showing up here. If I'm right, it's a little ego-boost. If I'm wrong, am happy I'm with like-minded frens.
>Several people have tried to bring these ideas into the mainstream as long ago as 100 years.
Unable to comment on the bulk of your post, Anon. A bit connected is a story I read in "How the Hippies Saaved Physics."
The early physicists, Heisenberf, Mach, Einstein, et al., were also highly interested in philosophy. Then WW2 came along and the push was on to create the Bomb. Generals had no time for philosophy, so they told the scientists "Shut up and calculate!" The higher meaning of the turn-of-the-century physics languished for decades until the 1970s.
