I was reading through it and it's surprisingly succinctly written. You're still dealing with wild concepts that take back reading, like https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Casimir_effect but you can understand a good deal if you're read up on your science.
Basically (as good as I can understand) it's a microwave vibrator that tears a bubble in the electromagnetic space that gravity emerges out of, so it doesn't have to deal with it.
But I'm not a doctor.
