Strongly suggest that anyone with an interest in physics and quantum phenomena, polarization of the local quantum vacuum state to induce "new" phenomena such as mass reduction, cascading pair-production, extraction of usable energy flux from the local vacuum state, vehicle extreme speeds, etc. read these documents slowly and carefully and retain the documents for further study.
