More TED Talk fun…
It is repulsive and if we don't react, we run the risk of becoming desensitized to this type of horrific sin.
Technology, Entertainment and Design Conferences (TED) has posted videos that seek to normalize pedophiles, making them oppressed outcasts of society!
TED talks are used worldwide, especially for education and entertainment, and this content shocked by its immorality.
WARNING: OFFENSIVE CONTENT
One of its videos on its 'TEDx' section featured a German medical student speaking in defense of pedophilia as an unchangeable "sexual orientation."
She defends her statement by saying that they should not put their inclinations into action, but makes the dangerous claim that it pedophiles are born that way, and that the rest of us should put aside our revulsion for this sin.
Sign the petition, tell TED that there is NO acceptance of pedophilia
In an online lecture hosted by TEDx, a speaker made this shocking claim:
"Mirjam Heine [a German medical student] gave a lecture in defense of pedophiles during the 'independently organized' TEDx Talk at the University of Wurtzberg in Germany in May. The title given to Heine's talk was 'Why our perception of pedophilia has to change.'
"Introducing her theme with the 'story' of 'Jonas,' a 19-year-old pedophile who studies law and plays soccer, she asked her listeners to put aside their revulsion for pedophiles.
"'Anyone could be born a pedophile,' she told them.
"According to the medical student, pedophilia is just another 'unchangeable sexual orientation just like, for example, heterosexuality.'"

Sign the petition, telling TED we will NEVER accept pedophilia!
The main TED organization itself made a statement which claimed that the talk was one among many independently organized conferences, apparently outside of the group's control.
However, TED did not condemn such content.
TED merely stated that the event was open to misinterpretation. In addition, it allowed the speaker to take it down in accordance with her wishes, but not because the content was reprehensible..
An outline of the talk can still be found on the TED and TEDx site with a description of the topic discussed.
This is a move to erode the horror that we people still have for extreme forms of perversion.
We must react against this assault on children. We must tell TED that what is wrong is wrong; and that our perception of pedophilia can never change!
