I like the idea. I think we may have to work hard and with a plan to really get the IBOR to explode. The subject doesn't have the high emotions behind it like the Release the memo did so I think it will be up to anons to get this really rolling. We either need to have a ready, set ,go at [x] time plan or get more visibility to make it really take off.
