The first Q drop mentioning a 'red line' puts it in a question:
"What does 'red line' mean?"
It seems that the answer is easy: a 'red line' is a line you must not cross.
And this is the sense of 'red line' that Q has repeatedly used in drops about RR, pushing the idea that the DS is trying to bait POTUS into firing RR as a step towards getting at Mueller. This is how they thought they would "get" Trump on "high crimes and misdemeanors", "obstruction of justice", etc. But they are the ones who took the bait…
Q signals that 'red line' has another meaning.
First note that the first RR 'red line' post is followed ONE minute later by a flag image with the filename FREEDOM_.png. Why? Hold the question.
The initial RR 'red line' post occurs on the same day as the "THANK YOU ASIA!" video twat. (And remember that the doitq pic was from the plane on the Asia trip…)

The THANK YOU ASIA! vid includes an image of a red carpet getting unrolled, and you can see a Q. It starts at 0:30. It turns out that "red carpet rollout" is going to be a crucial keyphrase signalling the the public revelation of the Q op, but hold on that.
Let's just think about 'red line' and 'red carpet'. A 'red line' is a line you do not cross. But a 'red carpet' is literally a red line. And it is also a line you do not cross. You walk down it. So is 'red carpet' somehow the hidden meaning of 'red line'? Yes, but we'll get to that. Q is just setting the stage at this point.
Now look back to the flag. Q had already posted the flag earlier. On 12 Nov 2017 Q posted just the flag image with a random filename. (So this was just before the whole red line setup begins on 14 Nov.) But now it appears again with a new filename: FREEDOM_.png. The filename, and the one minute delta from the RR 'red line' drop must make the difference here. The likely meaning is that FREEDOM comes once it becomes clear that RR's 'red line' has ALWAYS been the 'red carpet' and that the RR departure show is part of the 'red carpet rollout' of Q. This will be a crucial part of the DS and their fake news allies coming to grips with the fact that they've been PLAYED.
Now step back to Q 153 with the 'red line' question. Note the content, especially in the first half. It aligns with the content in "This Video Will Get Donald Trump Elected". It is asking why a billionaire who has it all would endanger himself by running for President, and the answers pretty much align with the video… except they also hint at the much darker things that POTUS himself never overtly mentions. Q used to post this video all the time, until the final 12 line Q+ drop that gave it a crucial part in the 'red carpet rollout'. But hold that thought.
