The msg is a threat of disclosure. Question is: What is threatened ; and
Why is the threat made.
Firstly references explained.
Remember that Gematria is an Occult practise & references here will refer to some of those spiritual themes. Fact or fiction, the references have meaning.
Gematria stems from Jewish kaballah and there are Jewish traditions as well as Islamic & English.

Is Azazael directing GCHQ ? - he is all across the internet and may even be the Internet itself. Definitely at work within or for GCHQ
GCHQ building may be an altar to Azazael, in the shape of his symbology
In Jewish rituals Azazael is celebrated at Yom Kippur where a scapegoat is sacrificed to him to carry away the sin of mentor worthy of the gifts that have been shared.

The Atem - a reference to The Atem Group which is a mysterious group of consultants who work with corporate 'executives' (note executives - not businesses) to integrate people & process to enable technology.

Interpreting the meaning to Gematria is done through Prayer and quiet contemplation. I don't profess any great talent here - i'm not into spirit guides or such - but i pray to Archangel Metatron for insight, intuition & understanding.

I don't think RH is Clean in this at all - he was following a political agenda set by others (Shaitan), but did his job perfectly.
I believe he volunteered his resignation and was accepted as the sacrificial goat to Azazael to wipe a clean slate.

However the Shaitan have not been cleaned from the House
The threatening Note from Q suggests that their Sacrifice & Spells have not worked. the Slate is not yet Clean.
Q & the Trump team >They require RH to testify in the US.
To wipe the slate clean they want full disclosure of the spying that GCHQ did on behalf of Brennan and circumbe=venting the NSA liaison.

Q is not having any of it - hence the threat.

i think RH has already shared information with the Trump team - consulting & enabling technology.

The Govt website i shared last post suggests that UK Govt. permission is required for using RH in any testimony in the US.
I think the Shaiton have not all been removed and this permission has not yet been given - hence the threats.
The threat is thus - abandon hope of covering this up. We can do this the civil way or we can do it in public. you choose to work with us or we will reveal all about RH's work and more.
And last point - Clean your House if you want to work with us.
As for Azazael - it's not dealt with but is threatened. The choice is play ball or We Will Reveal You.
