Still hearing someone NOT compare Kate Smith to Paul Robeson because everything Robeson did for "humanity" was so great. Yeah for people in Communist cities, surrounded by them & their media, he was great! They won't allow a woke person to mention this, of course. It was known in the '50s that he was a flaming Communist, even going to "the Motherland" and praising his idol, Stalin – along with his recordings back in the day.
Looking into Philly, where they removed the KS statue, this is beyond stomach-turning; Imagine places like Joisey & NYC are as bad or worse! Only supplying sauces to verify this sewage is true; don't recommend clicking on any:

Paul Robeson’s mural on Chestnut Street in West Philly is one of the best in this city. It is, more or less, a simple, stately portrait of a man so physically and historically massive that the five stories that it takes up don’t seem like enough.
