Earthquake photo was posted here at 4:43:23 EDT today. (44=DECLAS and 323 is P@in both ways from center). I inferred from that that DECLAS could be coming soon, and it will SHAKE London.

 

Qclock is NOT a prediction tool, because too many possibilities exist–after the fact, alignments become obvious. Sometimes we get lucky–tonight could be NOTHING (or tomorrow), but several things work nicely. I've seen other indicators of SOMETHING happening not included here. We'll see.

And your post number has downright horrific connotations (just perfect number for said hypothetical)…but as part of the plan, I can certainly see beneficial possibilities. Oy. "Insight." Picture coming together semi/quite clearly–well, if that doesn't make a compelling case…not much will. Really Hard–to imagine "people" doing some things.
