I believe that your reply to Giuliani's twitter post is the most important.

We tried back then, when Heather Podesta tweeted just a big "M", to guess, what it meant.

As far, as I remember, we found no answer to that.

And iirc, Heather Podesta was not the only person back then, who tweeted a sole "M".

Yes, we speculated about Abramovic being the "M" (Marina).

But why would Giuliani bring up Abramovic now?

Regarding the Mueller report and FISA, M = Mueller would make more sense.

Question is:

Did Heather Podesta in 2008 tweet about Mueller?

Was Mueller in their focus in 2018 and we only believed they were tweeting about Marina Abramovic?

Important now is that we know that Giuliani tweets "M"

and that Heather Podesta tweeted also "M" in March(?) 2018.

Is there a connection between Giuliani's tweet and H. Podesta's tweet?

Are they tweeting about the same thing, or person?

>13 = M

Yes.

And "M" could also stand for:

Mueller

Military

May

May (the month)

Merkel

Macron

Marina (Abramovic)

Other ideas?

Btw:

Why did Heather Podesta tweet last year also just "M"?

We try to have a brainstorm now…

And many people had sensible ideas about what "M" could mean.

Maybe we have to wait, what "M" really means in Giulianis tweet, before we can see, what H. Podesta might have meant with her "M" tweet.
