Why say that, friend? Anons are always calling out things that need changing, especially in the Notes or pastes. Plenty of sharp-eyed anons around here.
I am humbled by the work of the anons on this board. As a newer baker, I have received so much from both anons and other bakers. It is tough to keep up with everything. I know, because I try to do it every day and it's almost impossible. Wo/feedback and support from many others, it truly WOULD be impossible. Don't give up on us, anon, there is good work here every day, every bread.
