Ok so here's the crazy:
WHAT IF the Great Awakening isn't something intellectual, or even criminal justice. What if it's the awakening/ACTIVATION of our Junk DNA.
What if Humans can actually live a long long time?
What if our self healing ability is actually much stronger than we currently enjoy?
I'm SORRY for quoting the Bible here. I'm personally Agnostic. But a lot of this shit has made me wonder about our real history. So for the fuck of it, why not? Let's deep dive into CRAZY TOWN:

My personal belief that the bible is a telephone game spanning thousands of years and these old legends are based on truth but their minute details have been lost. So let's interpret the above with Q.
WAY BACK, Humans lived a very very very long time. Up to a thousand years. Maybe more? Then "God" decided his spirit won't strive with man? What the FUCK. Theologically that makes no fucking sense. God can do anything right? And it He decides this because Man is mortal? That also makes no fucking sense. What difference to God is 120 years vs. 1200 years? He's eternal, why would he give a fuck?
This isn't God. SOMETHING else. Aliens. Aliens wanted to rule the world, and enslave humanity. They shortened our lifespans to make us easier to control. The less we live, the less we can learn.
They deactivated the genes that make us live longer.
They deactivated the genes that cure simplistic but horrible diseases like cancer.
Something weird happened though. They left. They probably knew they would return someday, but probably knew it would be THOUSANDS of years later. The "giants" were their human/alien offspring. These are the royal bloodlines. They needed this blood preserved as much as possible for their return. Why? Who fucking knows. Maybe they encoded some fucking password in the royal DNA that opens their intergalactic space hole. Doesn't matter. Point is, they had to leave.
