Oh this again.
The Fed is audited each year. The Board of Governors and each of the 12 Reserve Banks publishes a 10K and it's audited, and the audit opinions are published on the Board of Governors website. It's tricky to find them and they keep moving them, but those audit opinions are there.
They make interesting reading too.
Until recently Deloitte did the audits. A year or 2 ago, KPMG took it over.
I tried telling Ron Paul this, with link to the audit opinions, and he ignored me.
I tried telling Rand Paul what I'd told his father, just today in fact when I saw his stupid "audit the Fed" email. The address bounced. I unsubscribed from Rand Paul's messages.
"Audit the Fed" is a fake story. It's already audited, but many people have made political careers from that "issue".
Short term rental? They need cash and are renting out bedrooms, that's what it sounds like. And to keep them from getting cash that way, NYPD shuts that shit down.
