A team of snipers set up in building across from the siege..had clear shots of the gunman holding hostages, and told to stand down….the gunman, Man Haron Monis, forcing his hostages to hold ISIS flags up during the standoff, ended up shooting hostages with shotgun. Sniper suing, and wants the truth to be exposed
