This question on Twat activated my almonds.
"Does this have anything to do with the military “drills” we had here in LA?"

And up the Ottawa river, Petawawa as one example is a Canadian Forces Training Base. It's known as the "Training Ground of the Warriors"
The Garrison is located in the Ottawa Valley in Renfrew County, 170 kilometres (110 mi) northwest of Ottawa
Approximate personnel numbers are as follows:
Canadian Forces personnel: 5,328
DND civilian employees: 936
Canadian Forces dependents: 5,653
Approximately 6,000 people directly connected to the base live in local communities between Deep River and Pembroke.
The Garrison has an extensive infrastructure with 465 buildings and over 300 km2 of property comprising the Petawawa Training Area.
Watch the water. It's probably nothing.
Sorry for wasting the bread.
