okay so i looked into the video for a little bit and here is what i came up with
1: If you turn on captions then english translation it shows in the beginning of the video "§ 130 criminal code"
2: if you look that up in google it comes up with Article 130 - NY Penal Law
3: under article 130 section 96 it is says "Predatory sexual assault against a child is a class A-II felony".
