If RM was truly Black Hat, HE WOULD HAVE INDICTED. Black Hats do not care about Law, they do not care about DoJ Policy re:indicting of a sitting POTUS. He would indict, accuse of russian fuckery, and make Trump take it up to SCOTUS to defend himself. Not only would it turn many against Trump, it would have kept BLOCKADE running!

If you are hell-bent on taking POTUS down, and RM is their guy, don't you think you want every last precious word from the Report as possible ammo?
