For the anons who are having trouble sleeping, this might work. I’ve had trouble too. It dawned on me that part of the problem was having my phone on the nightstand (use it as an alarm). The issue was that I was on it until I fell asleep. I went out and bought a small battery alarm clock to use last night and put my phone out in the kitchen, checked the board here about an hour before bedtime then shut it off. Honestly, I slept better last night than I had in a while. I get the constant pull of wanting to check here to see what’s happening but it was affecting not only my sleep but my marriage. It’s one of those small changes that might work for you..maybe try it over a weekend and see if it helps.
