[ES] Eric Schmidt is Chairman of Alphabet, not CEO of Google. Sundar Pichai is the CEO of Google.
I'm pretty sure "Plan Z" was bioterrorism on a mass scale.
I think we can all agree they broadcast their plans via Hollywood (we can bicker about why they do that another time).
Many major SciFi TV hits over the last decade indicate this plan:

"The Last Ship" (often see "Z" markers on ship doors and other spots) and the whole show is about a pandemic virus that wipes out everyone.

"The Walking Dead" (Zombies … or another way to think about it is "dead"/vampires constantly chasing after "live" humans … or as we call it on the boards: reality)

"Z Nation" - they don't even hide it in this one … one-eye symbolism all over the place.
This could very well be what Q-team prevented in that LA helo raid where we saw operators in white suites being evac'd.
Of course, Q also had our own "Plan Z" which was to essentially use a military coup to fight cabal. Thankfully (?) that wasn't needed once we secured the supreme court with K (we'll see how that pans out … I still think Roberts is comped).
