I think people are Awakening to the fact that it is idealistic to think our government can function as intended. Luckily, it worked well enough to get us Trump, but as we look back through history with a more critical eye, we can see it failed us most often… We can never be assured that it can not be controlled by outside forces again. Something closer to anarchy where we are all more fully aware of our own personal responsibility for safety and law and order might be the answer. We probably as a nation rather stay in a bubble and have everything be someone else’s job so we never have to think about unpleasant things… I have yet to understand how sheeps can effectively live in a libertarian society when they don’t enjoy making decision or aren’t functionally capable of protecting themselves from wolfs… seems like there will always need to be vigilant shepards guarding the flock….
